2018

2018 is a very special year for me. Why because this year is 25 years since I started The Friendly Dog Club. From very humble beginnings as a fund raiser for St John Ambulance here we are with a wonderful Dog Training School providing Good Citizen Dog Training for our local community.
www.friendlydog.club has now become an established part of the New Milton Community in Hampshire. Through each year we raise money through our fun dog shows for lots of local charities.
I really can’t believe where that 25 years have gone. I do know that I have loved and lost a few of my wonderful dogs and I still have two people who joined me back in 1993 for my first faltering steps in running classes. Thank you Ian Dunbar for Sirius Puppy Training who provided the basis of what we have evolved in today and to Roy Hunter for the Fun Flyball Box (friendly dog club shop) and Terry Ryan for their innovative training that took me on this 25 year journey. Most important of all I still have the same passion for giving our dogs something interesting and and entertaining to do through kind and positive Training.
